Their combined experience in mental health, social work, and interdisciplinary care shapes Coova’s approach to ethical, evidence‑informed, and human‑centered care — the foundation of our multidisciplinary clinical team.

Meet Coova's Medical and Public Health Advisors

Medical and Public Health advisors ensure that interventions and follow-up for those receiving care meet medical standards within BC and Canada. They work closely with our broader Coova Health care providers to support safe, coordinated care.

Kevin Linn, DrPH

Kevin has worked in strategic health policy and improving access to quality healthcare in Canada for over a decade in not-for-profit organizations and public health agencies. During this time, he was accountable for strategically managing relationships with diverse stakeholders and large health system partners to align quality improvement efforts. He holds a Doctor of Public Health degree from Harvard University. Currently, his work focuses on better understanding health policy and governance structures within complex dynamic systems at the regional, national, and global levels.

Our counselling team provides therapeutic support, assessment, and evidence‑informed intervention. They help individuals and families understand emotional, relational, and environmental factors shaping wellbeing. Their work is grounded in compassion, clinical skill, and a commitment to whole‑person care.
