Coordinated care in BC is rarely covered by a single source. Most clients combine extended health benefits, approved funding programs, and private payment. We’ll walk you through exactly what that looks like for your situation — clearly, and before you fully commit.
During intake, we identify the clinical roles likely involved in your care — counselling, occupational therapy, social work, nursing, care coordination, or a combination.
We then review your extended health benefits and any program funding you may qualify for, and walk you through which services are covered, which are partially covered, and which are private pay.
Our fees align with the rate schedules published by the professional associations representing each clinical designation in BC (e.g., BCASW for social work, BCPA for psychology, etc.). All clinicians are registered with their respective regulatory college and practice within its scope and ethical standards.
Why Bill Separate?
We bill clinical sessions and care coordination as separate line items rather than bundling them into a single rate. This keeps costs transparent: you can see exactly what you’re paying for (e.g. clinical care versus coordination). This strategic billing method also ensures you are not charged for services you do not need.
